ReplyDeleteit doesn'mater wht I seem to do I can't open anything that I've downloaded. I even downloaded that thing from CNET and it still did't work? its too bad cuz I would LOVE to use these materials!

ReplyDeleteI can't seem to open the tot pack, a grey screen comes up with nothing. :( Any adivice? The Preschool set looks terrific, but too hard for my girl right now.
ReplyDeleteWhat browser are you using? I tried it in both Firefox and Google Chrome and it came up just fine. Do you have pop-up blocker disabled for our site? Any info you can give me would be great. Hopefully we can help get it resolved.
ReplyDeleteHey Kathryn. Sorry you're having issues opening our files. Did you save the zip file to your desk top? Once it was saved did you extract the files? All I have to do is right click on the file and click on extract all. If they've already been extracted I'm not sure what might be causing it. Any additional info will help us to hopefully help you better.
