  23. Once you download the zip file you will need to extract the files. All I have to do is right click on the zip file and select "extract all." (I use Windows.) All files are in a PDF format, so in order to read them you will need Adobe Reader. (Its a free software program that you can download here: http://get.adobe.com/reader ). Let me know if you continue to have issues.

Hopefully, I understood your question correctly.

  27. Help! I'm trying to open the file. Window pops up that says 'Do you want to open or save this file?'. I click open and then a warning comes up that says 'The Compressed (zipped) Folder is invalid or corrupted'. I really want these pages for my daughter's letter D unit :( Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  37. Apparently we've used up our free bandwith through box.net!  We had no idea it would go so quickly!  You can get the unit now, but you'll have to used our 4shared link.  The image has been fixed now, and when you click on it you'll be directed to the right place!  Sorry for the confusion!

  38. I have tried downloading and open this twice and I can't get it to work.  I have adobe but it will not let me open the file using it. :(  I've never had problems opening your great activities before- I hope you can help me.  I know my son will love this unit!

  39. Once you downloaded the zip file, did you extract the files? All I have to do is right click on the zip file and select "extract all." (I use Windows.) Then you should be able to open all the PDF files. Let me know if you are having a different issue and this doesn't work.
